Any discrepancies in product representation will not be considered grounds for return or refund unless the product is defective.

- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
- Payments must be made at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include major credit card through Paymate gateway and bank deposit. we also except payments from funding providers.
- Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

Custom orders: Take between 5 -10 days depending on the product ordered. Large custom orders (with many custom products) may take longer. Please contact us for an eta. business days and shipped according to the chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services. - Shipping

- Refunds for Faulty Items: Refunds are available only for items that are faulty upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require evidence of the fault (e.g., photos or a description of the issue) to process your refund.
No Change of Mind Policy: Due to the nature of custom products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. If the returned item does not meet our standards (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts not due to fault), we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact us for return address details. We will send you a delivery bag and set up pick up for your item from your chosen address.
