At Sensory Tree, we aim to ensure that all our products meet high-quality standards. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Refunds for Faulty Items: Refunds are available only for items that are faulty upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require evidence of the fault (e.g., photos or a description of the issue) to process your refund.

  • No Change of Mind Policy: Due to the nature of custom products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. If the returned item does not meet our standards (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts not due to fault), we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

  • Return Procedure: To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact us for return address details. We will send you a delivery bag and set up pick up for your item from your chosen address.
